To make production more efficient, the process will be supported by the help of wearables. In the first phase, a mobile app for a hand scanner was to be redesigned. In the future, a smart watch should also be used.
The app should specifically support the scanning process of raw materials. Depending on the scanning process, the user should be given appropriate visual feedback, taking into account the location, e.g. dark working hall (large, bright & concise). Likewise
offline functionality should be offered. This had to be visualized accordingly in the various use cases (scanning process, sync, inspections).
Technically, the mobile app was implemented with the Framwork Flutter was implemented. This makes it possible to quickly transfer the app to other scalable to other wearables such as smartwatches.
